Draft 02 is done.

This version has a functioning start menu, can detect when the level is completed, and then shows a panel so it's possible to leave the game in a proper way.

It's far less than I had hoped to get done by today and some parts are much worse Speghetti than is good for them.

But at least the initial vertical slice is done...
